The K50Z Multipoint Sensor delivers reliable measurement across a wide area, ensuring detection of irregularly-shaped objects like mesh carts or pallets with holes. It can also measure inconsistently placed items like large automotive parts on a conveyor or boxes filling a cart, useful for overfill and underfill prevention. Instead of employing multiple single-point sensors, the K50Z uses 3D time-of-flight technology and a wide beam angle to detect objects up to 2 meters away using 64 measurement points. It can be configured to measure two separate areas, effectively doing the work of two sensors in one convenient device.

The S4B Series Heavy-Duty Type 4 Safety Light Curtains add cascading functionality, simplifying installation by reducing wiring while the auto cascade feature automatically recognizes connected curtains. Specially designed color-coded cordsets minimize the risk of installation errors and allow easy replacement if a component is damaged. Two resolution options, 14-millimeter and 30-millimeter, along with fast response times, deliver greater protection against safety hazards.

The EG24 is a retroreflective edge measurement sensor designed for fast measurement. Its resolution of less than 10 microns precisely detects the position of materials while the 2 kHz measurement frequency rapidly measures those positions. Together, this combination of high precision and quick response maximizes process control, improves downstream yield, and minimizes waste.
