Miniature Pushbutton Switches from CUI Target Space-constrained Application

CUI Devices MPB

December 6, 2021

CUI Devices’ Switches Group has added the MPB series of miniature pushbutton switches to its product portfolio. The MPB switches are available in packages as small as 9 × 6 mm with profiles as low as 5 mm, making them suited for a variety of space-constrained consumer electronics and industrial control applications.

The miniature pushbutton switches feature SPST, SPDT, or DPDT circuit types, off-on or on-on switch functions, and pitches of 2.54 mm or 5.08 mm. These models also offer a variety of surface-mount and through-hole mounting styles as well as terminations, including straight, vertical or straight with bracket, and right angle.

Additional configuration options include flush, 3.3 mm or 5.4 mm actuator heights. The 5.4-mm versions offer actuator cap colors of red, white, or black. Other specs include an operating temperature range of -25°C to 80°C and a lifetime of 20,000 cycles.

Available now, prices for the pushbutton switches start at $2.55 each in quantities of 500 through distribution. Lead time ranges from stock to eight weeks.
