The BLUEMARK E.CARD UV inkjet printer simplifies high-volume labeling with intuitive operation and fast output.
The printer, designed and manufactured by Phoenix Contact, automatically detects whether the inserted material is plastic or metal and adjusts the ink combination to that material. This results in 600-dpi resolution printing. The UV technology ensures long-lasting, permanent results even in harsh industrial environments.
The operator can preload up to 40 marker cards, which then feed automatically into the printer. Additional cards can be added without interrupting the print job. Each card takes less than 53 seconds to print. Changing the ink cartridges also changes the print head, which reduces maintenance and ensures quality printing.
The intuitive MARKING software makes project set-up easy and helps to organize print jobs. If cards are inserted in the wrong order, the BLUEMARK E.CARD can detect this in the program and print the cards correctly.
