Phoenix Contact, CESMII, and MACH Controls partner to showcase the IIoT journey at Automate 2025

PBUS Phoenix Contact CESMII 1200

May 5, 2025

Visitors to the Phoenix Contact booth (#5232) can learn how to harness data to make better decisions at Automate 2025. Phoenix Contact will also host CESMII, the Smart Manufacturing Institute, and Mach Controls LLC, an Ohio-based system integrator, in its booth for a comprehensive look at a manufacturer’s IIoT journey. The show runs May 12 – 15 in Detroit.

Interactive experiences include a “mixed reality” scavenger hunt and a virtual e-truck. Last year’s popular Phoenix Contact Arcade also returns. Guests can test their skills and luck at Plinko, a claw machine, and a WireRace game – all featuring Phoenix Contact products.

CESMII will demonstrate how seamless data integration drives smarter decision-making with two use cases: 1. Transforming diverse data sources into meaningful contextual insights for informed decision-making; and 2. Rapidly building on existing work to accelerate new solution development.

The MACH Controls demo will showcase connecting to multiple devices and one cloud-based Unified Namespace (UNS) instance. The demo will focus on typical manufacturing KPIs like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), highlighting how rapidly these solutions can be implemented and provide value.

Phoenix Contact will exhibit numerous products and solutions, including PLCnext Technology, Single Pair Ethernet and other data connectors, EV charging infrastructure, and more. Learn more and register for the show at https://www.automateshow.com/.
