JM Electrical Announces Launch of New Recurring Service Initiative

November 11, 2020

JM Electrical (JME) has recently announced the launch of a new division focused solely on maintenance and recurring service. The new division will focus on direct, on-site service related to:

  •    –   Electrical Installation and Repair
  •    –   Troubleshooting and Proactive Prevention
  •    –   Infrared Thermal Scanning and Imaging
  •    –   Special Projects
  •    –   Emergency Repair of Electrical Issues

“We are thrilled to introduce this new offering which focuses on high-level recurring service and timely customer support,” says Matthew Guarracino, Principal at JM Electrical. “The same highly trained, licensed electricians who handle onsite project installations are now available as an on-call partners, ready to meet our clients’ electrical and energy efficiency needs.”

According to a recent study from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, 77% of equipment breakdowns can be reduced by implementing a preventative maintenance program. The same study reported the failure of electrical components is three times higher for systems without preventative maintenance programs in place.

JME’s new service division is designed to provide diverse electrical services that help ensure optimal operating performance for clients, their facilities, and tenants throughout New England.

“For 35 years, JM Electrical has contributed to numerous high-profile projects that are visible across the changing Boston skyline. This new offering will build on our proud legacy of service and innovation,” added John Guarracino, Principal at JM Electrical. “With our responsive, highly skilled team in place, our electrical preventative maintenance program will help building managers and developers avoid disruptions and added expenses, making the buildings we service run more efficiently.”

As part of the launch, JM Electrical has formed a new service sales team to oversee client engagement.
