Mouser Electronics and ABB Join in Distribution Deal to Deliver Electrification Products and Solutions

December 15, 2025
Mouser Electronics, Inc. has recently announced a new U.S. distribution agreement with ABB. ABB has nearly 40 manufacturing, distribution, and operational facilities across 20 US states, including nine major R&D centers.
The ABB AF Contactors, now available from Mouser, offer an all-in-one motor starting solution. Available in three-pole and four-pole variants, the AF Contactors are designed for fast installation, easy wiring, and reliable performance. Thanks to the push-in spring terminals, installers can drastically save wiring time compared to conventional spring solutions. ABB also offers a variety of contractor accessories, including auxiliary contacts, easy-connecting links (between products), interlocks, and bus bars. The AF Contactors are primarily used to control single- and three-phase motors and switching power circuits.
ABB’s ST200M miniature circuit breakers provide supplementary protection according to UL 1077 of up to 10kA at 480Y/277VAC and 125VDC. These devices are ideal for multiple applications and markets and feature an updated switching mechanism and assembly for increased triggering reliability, even under tough conditions.
The Sta-Kon wire terminals from ABB Installation Products provide superior conductor connections and termination protection, helping increase the operational efficiency and reliability of critical electrical equipment. These connector terminals utilize selective annealing to maintain a soft barrel that is crimpable and forms easily around the wire, while the cold-form process during manufacturing ensures a strong tongue. The long barrel design offers several benefits, such as lowering electrical resistance, preventing wire pullout, and eliminating missed crimps during installation. The elongated barrel also provides more surface area to securely hold the insulator tighter to the barrel during installation.
The ABB Installation Products T&B cord and cable fittings deliver liquid-tight strain relief in wet or dry environments. These fittings are offered in straight, 45°, and 90° variants and feature a reduced overall size ideal for constrained spaces. When assembled with round, flexible cord or power cables, these fittings form a mechanical grip and a water-tight seal. The compact Ranger cord connectors, available in steel, stainless, aluminum, and non-metallic styles, provide twice the cable range with superior strain relief and a gland that restricts cable bending. The Black Beauty cord connectors offer tool-free installation, with a segmented chuck for high mechanical pullout performance and liquid-tight neoprene bushings.
