PFlow Industries to Showcase at NAEC 2025 with a Focus on VRC Applications

September 2, 2025
PFlow Industries will exhibit at the upcoming National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) Expo.
The event will take place from September 15-18, 2025 in Houston, TX. Attendees can visit PFlow at booth 1507, where VRC experts, Dan Hext and Khrystyna Cusimano, will present the company’s VRC solutions and offer insights into the benefits of these versatile material lifts.
PFlow Industries’ latest advancement, weld-free adjustable bolted bracing, is the ideal solution for edge-of-mezzanine applications in facilities where hot work is not permitted. Specially engineered for adjustability and easy installation, this bracing system allows facility owners to tailor options for their unique needs. Bracing arms are custom-cut for each project, eliminating the need for on-site cutting or welding, and the bolt-together design allows for quick on-site adjustments.
VRCs ensure safe, efficient material transport between floors regardless of size or weight. PFlow’s mechanical VRCs handle heavy loads in high-speed, high-cycle, and automated systems, with smooth operation for delicate items. They offer customizable cantilever, straddle, and 4-post designs for nearly unlimited lifting and configuration options. PFlow also provides hydraulic VRCs for cost-effective two-level lifting, ideal for fewer cycles per hour.
Attendees at NAEC 2025 will have the opportunity to explore PFlow’s wide range of VRC solutions, all custom-designed and manufactured to address the unique requirements of different industries. PFlow tailors each solution to factors such as the frequency of lifting, accommodating both occasional and high-volume material movements, as well as various load sizes. Compared to standard elevators, PFlow lifts offer greater efficiency and more options to improve vertical material flow.
Khrystyna Cusimano will lead an educational session titled “The World of a VRC: Going Deeper and Looking at this Steel Titan!” on September 18th at 11:30 a.m at the NAEC 2025 Expo. The session will cover key topics such as location requirements, design considerations, finite element analysis, lift-specific applications, and enhanced safety features. Additional topics will include shipping and delivery logistics, installation staging, code compliance, and maintenance strategies to ensure long-term equipment performance.
