OMRON: Pluggable Terminal Block PCB Connectors Available from TTI

TTI is now stocking the XW4M and XW4N Series from OMRON. The XW4M and XW4N 3.5mm-Pitch Push-In Pluggable Terminal Block PCB Connectors feature easy insertion and removal and high contact reliability because of a unique connector engagement structure.

The wiring efficiency is improved with a hands-free mechanism that keeps the screwdriver inserted so the user’s hands are free for cabling. XW4M and XW4N PCB Connectors contribute to enhanced efficiency of inspection, assembly and maintenance. They also support compatibility with through-hole-reflow, which is good for reflow mounting.

Typical applications include AC servo drivers, motion controllers and stepping motors.

The Siemens SIMOVAC medium-voltage non-arc-resistant and SIMOVAC-AR arc-resistant controllers have a modular design incorporating up to two 12SVC400 (400 A) controllers, housed in a freestanding sheet steel enclosure. Each controller is UL 347 class E2, equipped with three current-limiting fuses, a non-load-break isolating switch, and a fixed-mounted vacuum contactor (plug-in type optional for 12SVC400). The enclosure is designed for front access, allowing the equipment to be located with the rear of the equipment close to a non-combustible wall.
