Mouser: TE Connectivity RTD & NTC Surface Mount Temperature Sensors

Mouser Electronics, Inc. is now stocking RTD and NTC surface-mount temperature sensors from TE Connectivity / Measurement Specialties.

The TE Connectivity / Measurement RTD and NTC surface-mount temperature sensors are designed specifically for space applications.  These RTD platinum-coated and NTC glass-coated sensors are welded to 26 AWG polyimide-insulated twisted-pair wires and encapsulated in a thermally conductive epoxy resin on a flat aluminum housing. The construction is based on TE Connectivity’s established ESA-qualified NTC thermistor probe and electroceramic formulation, which has been used in the industry for over 25 years, offering proven performance and outstanding reliability.

These surface-mount temperature sensors are ideal for temperature control, monitoring, and compensation in solar power and low-temperature, low-earth-orbit (LEO) satellite applications. These devices are also suitable for payload equipment, guidance and navigation equipment, servers and datacenters, aerospace applications, and other harsh environments.
