Hammond Appoints ConnexIT as Midwest Region Representative

Hammond Manufacturing is pleased to announce the appointment of ConnexIT, LLC as its new representative firm for the Great Lakes region. ConnexIT will represent Hammond’s Rack Mounting Solutions division throughout Northern Illinois, Indiana, Western Wisconsin, and Michigan.

Based in Naperville, Illinois, ConnexIT is led by Principal John Joyce, who brings more than 35 years of experience in the low-voltage and connectivity industry. His extensive industry knowledge, established customer relationships and commitment to service will support Hammond’s continued growth throughout the region.

ConnexIT provides quality connectivity products and electronic components designed to deliver reliable performance. The firm assists customers with networking, indoor, outdoor and harsh-environment applications requiring cable, fiber and connectivity solutions for data and power.

Hammond’s Rack Mounting Solutions division offers more than 3,000 rack mounting products for voice and data, security, audio-visual, data center, test and measurement, industrial and other applications. Its product offering includes wall-mount racks and cabinets, Open Frame Racks, server cabinets, cable management products, shelves and rack accessories.

The appointment of ConnexIT strengthens Hammond’s local presence and provides customers throughout the Great Lakes region with an experienced resource for product selection, project support and application assistance.
