Finder Presents the New OPTA Expansion Modules

May 6, 2025
OPTA expands its application possibilities thanks to new expansion modules that are now available.
The OPTA PLR is a collaboration between Finder and Arduino Pro, producing a new level of technology, opening up multiple possibilities of use.
Expansion modules allow inputs and/or outputs to be added to different automation projects – with a maximum limit of five modules available for all OPTA versions (Lite, Plus, Advanced) – thus multiplying the inputs (up to 80 inputs for the digital version and 30 inputs for the analogue version) and outputs (up to 40 for the digital version and 30 for the analogue version).
Currently, the range includes the two digital expansion modules:
EMR digital expansions Type 8A.58.9.024.1600

- 16 digital/analogue inputs (0…10 V)
- 8 EMR outputs 6 A
- Rated voltage 12…24 V DC
Digital SSR expansions Type 8A.88.9.024.1600
- 16 digital/analogue inputs (0…10 V)
- 8 SSR outputs 3 A
- Rated voltage 12…24 V DC
The analogue expansion module features:
Analogue expansions Type 8A.26.9.024.0600
- 6 analogue inputs 0…10 V, 4…20 mA, PT 100/1000
- 2 analogue outputs 0…10 V, 4…20 mA
- 4 PWM outputs
- Rated voltage 12…24 V DC
The connection between all the modules is via the AUX auxiliary port, with the possibility of realising different combinations, with a unique and unparalleled level of project customisation.
