Phoenix Contact: High Density in a Robust Package

Phoenix Contact has recently introduced its first robust multifiber data connectors to the market. The FO connectors of the M17 MPO (multifiber push-on) series are particularly suitable for real-time data transmission in intelligent power grids.
The robust interfaces feature high-quality fiber optics which provide stable bandwidths over long transmission distances. The MPO interfaces are available as assembled patch cables with two M17 circular connectors each or as assembled connection boxes for 19 inch installations. The pre-assembled components with one or two MPO device connectors and up to 72 LC duplex front connections enable quick and easy installation without additional tools. The new interfaces are designed with particularly stable bandwidths and provide an optimized return loss of up to 30 dB.
