Contec Americas Joins Intel Industrial PC Catalyst Program with Innovative, Rugged Industrial Computers

Contec Americas Inc. has recently joined the Intel Industrial PC (IPC) Catalyst Program. The program is designed to help users move to a modernized industrial PC environment and enable digital transformations without major disruptions to their business. Contec joined the Intel IPC program as part of their focused go-to-market (GTM) strategy to accelerate interest in the latest generation of IPC and to enable the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Contec is featuring its rugged VPC-5000-G factory automation computer and innovative CONPRO-H9320 industrial artificial intelligence (AI) computer in its initial entries to the IPC Catalyst catalog. Both systems are uniquely suited to support modern factory initiatives by helping users improve defect detection and manufacturing productivity, enable predictive analytics, and reduce overall cost.

The VPC-5000-G and CONPRO-H9320 industrial computer lines feature ruggedized hardware designed for 24/7 operation, a wide operating temperature range, protection against ingress of dust and water, a long-life cycle, and industrial-grade components. The systems are optimized to support the latest Intel Xeon and Intel Core processors.
