AMETEK Appoints Jennifer G. Hellberg Vice President, Human Resources

AMETEK, Inc. has recently announced the appointment of Jennifer G. Hellberg as Vice President, Human Resources.

Ms. Hellberg most recently served as Divisional Vice President and Business Unit Manager for the Zygo and Navitar businesses within AMETEK’s Ultra Precision Technologies Division.

“I am pleased to announce Jennifer’s promotion to Vice President, Human Resources,” commented David A. Zapico, AMETEK Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “Jennifer has demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic vision during her time at AMETEK. I am confident she will continue to enhance our global human resources organization and support AMETEK’s long-term growth.”

Ms. Hellberg joined AMETEK’s Zygo business in 2022 as Divisional Vice President and Business Unit Manager. Prior to AMETEK, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Proctor & Gamble including within general management, engineering, operations and supply chain.

Jennifer G. Hellberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Andreas Sobotta to Assume Role of Vice President North and South America for Pilz Automation

Pilz Automation Safety Canada L.P. announced in March of this year that their long-term CEO and GM, Andreas Sobotta, will assume the role of Vice President North and South America, effective immediately. He will still work from the Canadian office in Mississauga and visit all other subsidiaries in North and South America. Pilz will take their time to find a successor for the leading position in Canada. The plan is to have a proper candidate by Q4/24 or the beginning of 2025.
