Hammond Manufacturing: Type 4X Wiring Trough

Introducing the new Type 4X wiring trough from Hammond Manufacturing. Made from formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with smooth, continuously welded seams, the trough has a butt-hinged cover which is secured with easily operated screw clamps, oil resistant gaskets which are permenently secured, and 12 gauge external mounting feet that are welded to the back. Each trough and cover have a smooth-brushed finish.

Application

  •    –   Designed to enclose and protect multiple wiring junctions from dirt, dust, oil and water while providing a measure of corrosion protection.

The Siemens SIMOVAC medium-voltage non-arc-resistant and SIMOVAC-AR arc-resistant controllers have a modular design incorporating up to two 12SVC400 (400 A) controllers, housed in a freestanding sheet steel enclosure.
