CDM Electronics Is Now An Authorized Stocking Distributorship For Positronic

CDM Electronics has announced an agreement with Positronic to stock and distribute their line of high-reliability Rack & Panel connectors, contacts and accessories at their Turnersville, NJ location.
Positronic, a subsidiary of Amphenol Corporation, is one of the world’s major manufacturers of interconnect products for defense, industrial and commercial applications. CDM now provides the full range of Positronic GAP and GAPL series PCB-terminated rectangular connectors, along with the MIL-DTL-28748-qualified GM and GMCT series connectors. CDM also stocks the appropriate series’ of contacts and hardware for those Rack & Panel connector groups.

Positronic Rack & Panel rectangular connectors are available in configurations from 7 through 104 contacts, with current ratings up to 13 Amps. All series are qualified to UL #49351, with GM and GMCT series also qualified to MIL-DTL-28748 and SAE AS29029. All connectors are rated at up to 1000 mating cycles.
With the inclusion of the Positronic line, CDM will have over 6,000 different rectangular Rack & Panel interconnects available to support virtually every military, industrial and commercial application. Anticipated combined inventory will have over 1 million Rack & Panel connectors and accessories in stock at CDM’s 130 American Boulevard location.
