Grace Technologies and Modular Power & Data Deliver Smarter, Safer Remote Power Panels for Mission-Critical Facilities
Grace Technologies has announced its collaboration with Modular Power & Data (MPD) on the newly launched Remote Power Panels (RPPs) — a next-generation solution for data centers and industrial facilities seeking enhanced safety, scalability, and predictive maintenance.
These RPPs go beyond traditional power distribution by integrating Grace Technologies’ safety and condition monitoring solutions, designed to prevent downtime, reduce electrical hazards, and meet the strictest compliance standards.
Built-In Safety and Smarter Maintenance from Grace
What sets these panels apart is that the GracePESDs® ChekVolt®, a UL 61010-listed Permanent Electrical Safety Device (PESD), comes pre-installed to enable absence-of-voltage testing through a closed door, while providing a clear LED indication of voltage presence. This integration supports faster Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, minimizes arc flash risk, and ensures compliance with NFPA 70E, saving maintenance teams up to 40 minutes per procedure.
For customers focused on predictive maintenance, the GraceSense™ Hot Spot Monitor provides continuous thermal monitoring of critical components. With up to 18 temperature monitoring points and seamless SCADA integration, GraceSense delivers early warnings of thermal failures and aligns with NFPA 70B’s continuous thermal monitoring standards.
“The collaboration with MPD gives customers a true plug-and-play safety solution backed by field-proven tech that protects workers and improves reliability without adding complexity,” said Drew Allen, CEO of Grace Technologies.

Who It’s For
- Data centers that need scalable, high-density power with integrated safety
- Industrial facilities looking to cut downtime and modernize their LOTO programs
- EHS and compliance teams aiming to meet NFPA 70E and OSHA safety protocols with confidence
Grace-Equipped Panels: Safer Outside, Smarter Inside
With Grace-built solutions embedded directly into the panel design, customers no longer have to retrofit safety or predictive maintenance tools; they get a fully integrated system from day one.
