Weidmuller: DURAmax DC UPS for Safe, Uninterrupted 24V Power Supply

Weidmuller USA has recently introduced DURAmax DC UPS, offering a secure and reliable 24V uninterruptible power supply for use in a wide range of industrial applications.

This innovative solution supplies PLCs, sensors and other devices with 24V voltage safely and without interruption. In the event of a mains power failure, the DURAmax DC UPS automatically transitions to battery operation, ensuring continuous system availability and preventing unplanned system downtime. With its compact design, the DURAmax family enables installation in the tightest control cabinets while delivering robust backup power performance.

To simplify setup of the DURAmax devices, Weidmuller developed the DURAmax DC UPS Manager software tool, enabling users to easily configure the DC UPS and the battery modules via a USB C interface.

As part of the Weidmuller power management portfolio, the DURAmax family integrates seamlessly with 24 VDC PRO ECO II, PRO MAX and PRO TOP power supplies, as well as the DURA ECO battery modules, to deliver a complete and coordinated power backup ecosystem that helps keep critical automation systems running.
