Pepperl+Fuchs: New Purge Solution for Large Enclosures: Bebco EPS 6100 Series
Pepperl+Fuchs introduced the latest addition to its market-leading portfolio of purge and pressurization solutions at this year’s SPS fair in Nuremberg. The Bebco EPS® 6100 series was specially designed for use with large motors, drives, compressors, and enclosures in ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 hazardous locations. The largest purge and pressurization system available from Pepperl+Fuchs to this day, the automatic 6100 series system can purge enclosures that are larger than 12.2 m³ (450 ft³). This new system is ideally suited for applications in the chemical, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries.
Quadritalia Modular Enclosures from AutomationDirect
AutomationDirect has added new Quadritalia modular enclosures to their selection of over 7,000 high-quality enclosures. This new modular enclosure line adds enclosures that can be easily assembled on-site to fit any application while maintaining the required NEMA rating. Quadritalia modular enclosures are available as kits that include all the necessary components and hardware (with the exception of plinths) to assemble a complete NEMA 12 rated freestanding single-door, double-door, or dual-access enclosure.

These cables are used for flexible use for medium mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements in dry, moist and wet rooms but not suitable for open air, as control cable acc. to EN 60204-1 and VDE 0113-1. As per recommendation of the specified standards the insulated conductors of control current circuits should be coloured orange, when they are used for interlocking purposes.

Siemens: SIMOVAC Non-Arc-Resistant and SIMOVAC-AR Arc-Resistant Motor Controllers
The Siemens SIMOVAC medium-voltage non-arc-resistant and SIMOVAC-AR arc-resistant controllers have a modular design incorporating up to two 12SVC400 (400 A) controllers, housed in a freestanding sheet steel enclosure. Each controller is UL 347 class E2, equipped with three current-limiting fuses, a non-load-break isolating switch, and a fixed-mounted vacuum contactor (plug-in type optional for 12SVC400). The enclosure is designed for front access, allowing the equipment to be located with the rear of the equipment close to a non-combustible wall.
