Mouser Electronics Announces murrplastik Global Distribution Agreement for Smart Cable Management Solutions

Mouser Electronics, Inc. has recently announced a global distribution agreement with murrplastik.
murrplastik’s diverse portfolio includes products such as labeling systems, conduit and coupling systems, cable drag chains, cable entry systems, and dress packs for robotic applications. Additionally, they also manufacture products for the automotive industry and plastic products for the medical field.
This new agreement enhances Mouser’s offering of reliable, high-performance cable management solutions that support modern industrial automation, machine building, robotics, and control panel applications.
The murrplastik Type KDL/E cable entry systems, now available from Mouser, feature an open-top, single-piece frame that enables quick insertion of pre-assembled cables. The snap-in design eliminates the need for screws, allowing fast and easy assembly. The KDL/E cable entry systems are suitable for standard cutouts for 16- and 24-pin industrial connectors and include a catch hook for 1.5mm to 2mm plate thickness. The systems are made of a polyamide 6.6 material, feature a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and an IP54 protection rating when used with suitable grommets and cables.
The Type KDT/X cable entry grommets allow pre-assembled cables to be easily routed into and through control cabinets. The KDT/X series is designed for use with Murrplastik’s KDL/C, KDL/D, and KDL/H cable entry systems, the KDT/X series is made from durable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and is UV-resistant, according to ISO 4892-2 standards.
The Type MSV conduit fittings are constructed with specially modified polyamide 6 that is free from halogen, phosphorus, and cadmium. These fully assembled fittings ensure that no parts are lost during shipping or installation. The murrplastik MSV conduit fittings comply with RoHS and ECE 324 R 118 standards and offer resistance to alcohol, grease, fuel, and mineral oil.
The Type KDL/D cable entry systems are offered in three variants. The KDL/D and KDL/D FDA versions are designed for standard cutouts for 6- to 24-pin industrial connectors and feature a 2-piece or 3-piece frame. The FDA compliant, ECOLAB approved KDL/D FDA version is ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical environments. The KDL/D-Mono series features a round, splitable construction for pre-assembled cables and standard M25, M32, M40, and M50 cutouts. All KDL/D cable entry systems provide an IP65 protection rating when used with suitable grommets and cables.
