Graybar Completes Acquisition of American Electric Supply

Graybar has recently announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of American Electric Supply (AES).

The completion of this transaction follows the initial announcement made on May 12, 2026. With the closing of this deal, AES is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Graybar.

AES President Mike Pratt and his team are focused on ensuring a seamless transition for customers across Southern California. As a subsidiary of Graybar, the company will continue to operate under the American Electric Supply name with the same products, solutions and services customers know and trust.
