The LÜTZE OCT hybrid cables include engine supply, brake and digital feedback.
AutomationDirect has added Quabbin commercial Ethernet and data cables to provide more choices for your wiring/cabling needs. The new 26 and 24 AWG commercial Ethernet cables are available in Cat5e/6/6a/6e types, in shielded and unshielded versions, and they are suitable for applications from 10 Base-T to 1000 Base-T (Gigabit Ethernet). These cables feature a round, smooth design for added flexibility that allows easy manipulation between devices during installation and routing.
The 4mm shrouded sockets which can mate with both safety shrouded and unshrouded plugs, and are suitable for a wide range of applications including industrial, medical, music industry, instrumentation, and more.
Bidirectional and regenerative programmable DC power series includes over 180 new models offering a greater range of power from 0 – 600 W to 0 – 30 kW.
Motors in conveyor systems need to be switched off safely, but the wiring and energy distribution involved is usually very complex, involving bulky cable trays, and complex distribution boxes. As a result, Wieland Electric has developed a new motor starter that reduces the complexity of installation and improves the safety of conveyor systems. The podis MS 5HP is a compact, robust and user-friendly drive component with an integrated STO (Safe Torque Off) function.
Allied Electronics & Automation now offers Banner Engineering’s Snap Signal portfolio of modular, brand agnostic, plug-and-play IIoT solutions, including the new Snap Signal DXMR90 industrial controller. Banner’s Snap Signal solutions are designed to leverage machine data from automation islands scattered throughout the factory floor, convert disparate data signals from both condition monitoring and process monitoring solutions into a unified protocol and transmit that insightful diagnostic data to a dedicated PLC or SCADA control system for local processing or an edge device used to monitor equipment conditions in the cloud.
With the PDP67 modules, Pilz offers solutions for decentralised applications directly in the field. Protection type IP67 means that the modules are resistant to dirt and water. The decentralised modules optimise installation and wiring work. They save time, money and space in the control cabinet. As they are integrated into dirt and water-repellent IP67 housings, the PDP67 modules reliably ensure safety even in rugged industrial environments.
Introducing Hammond Manufacturing’s hole plugs, designed to seal unused pushbutton holes, conduit openings and knockout holes against dust, oil and water, with a standard pushbutton size of 30.5mm and a mini pushbutton size of 22.5mm. These hole plugs come in two variations; steel and stainless steel. Steel hole plugs are available in 12 sizes, while the stainless steel are available in 8 sizes.
Eaton recently announced its latest innovation in backup power protection with the North American launch of the 9395XC uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Designed to anticipate the growing needs for large power capacity in a small footprint in data centers, the new solution delivers reliable, flexible power protection for everything from hyperscale and multi-tenant data centers to enterprise and light industrial applications.
The new Industrial Gateway Communications Device by Weidmuller is a solution for interference-free data transmission over long distances. It is a single solution for connecting multiple devices, across multiple protocols. In systems where the installed base includes Industrial Ethernet and/or serial protocols, establishing communication across devices is critical and upgrading the equipment isn’t always feasible.
The compact Littelfuse Industrial Shock Block SB5000 protects workers from electrical shock and is a 208 V Class A ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This allows commercial kitchens, construction sites, and other non-dwelling units with wet areas to meet NEC 210.8(B) now for their three-phase loads up to 60 A. This personnel protection device is also designed to meet the requirements for special-purpose Class C and D GFCIs defined by UL 943C for industrial facilities.
The TX CableNet is “Simply. Perfection”.
