IUT-F190-B40 UHF Read/Write Head with Integrated Industrial Ethernet Interface and REST API Expands the Pepperl+Fuchs RFID Portfolio

Pepperl+Fuchs is expanding its comprehensive portfolio of identification solutions with the introduction of the IUT-F190-B40 UHF RFID read/write head, which offers an integrated industrial Ethernet interface and REST API. Using these interface technologies, the IUT-F190-B40, which is designed for medium detection ranges, can be quickly and easily integrated into OT and IT systems, making it an attractive solution for production control and monitoring, track-and-trace applications, and other Industry 4.0 applications in factory automation.

The Siemens SIMOVAC medium-voltage non-arc-resistant and SIMOVAC-AR arc-resistant controllers have a modular design incorporating up to two 12SVC400 (400 A) controllers, housed in a freestanding sheet steel enclosure. Each controller is UL 347 class E2, equipped with three current-limiting fuses, a non-load-break isolating switch, and a fixed-mounted vacuum contactor (plug-in type optional for 12SVC400).
