The Jonard Tools TK-DC02 is a purpose-built electrical termination and power distribution kit for technicians responsible for installing, connecting, and maintaining power infrastructure at and around data center facilities, including traditional setups like edge and enterprise, hyperscales, colocations, and AI networks.

This kit covers the hands-on electrical work that happens before and beyond the rack room, from stripping and terminating heavy-gauge conductors to crimping lugs, pulling wire through conduit, and verifying circuits safely. A full suite of insulated pliers, screwdrivers, and strippers keeps technicians protected in live or mixed-voltage environments, while the CAT III 1500V solar clamp meter handles accurate measurements across DC and AC power feeds. A rugged technician backpack keeps everything accessible across large facility buildouts and multi-site deployment projects.

Built for technicians working on power distribution, service entrance, generator connections, and PDU feeds, the TK-DC02 eliminates the need to source tools across multiple kits for electrical infrastructure work, covering the full power termination workflow in one organized, field-ready package.

• Strip and prepare conductors across a wide gauge range with the CST-1900 handling round cable from 3/16″ to 1-1/8″, JIC-2030 for 20-30 AWG signal wire, WSS-1020 covering 10-20 AWG, and INP-4065 for live wire stripping from 8-30 AWG.
• Work safely in live and mixed-voltage environments with a full insulated tool suite including INP-1072 combo plier, INP-2065 long nose plier, INP-3062 diagonal plier, and a complete insulated screwdriver set across Phillips and slotted configurations in INS-180, INS-2100, INS-3150, INS-4100, INS-475, INS-6150, and INS-8175.
• Pull, route, and work wire through conduit and tight infrastructure pathways with the JIC-685 lineman’s plier with integrated fish tape puller and crimper, handling wire management from the entry point through final termination.
• Crimp and terminate lugs and ring terminals cleanly and reliably with the TCC-1416 electric lug and terminal crimper and TCK-178 solderless ring and lug terminal kit, supporting power distribution connections at panels, PDUs, and service entrance points.
• Measure  AC and DC circuits accurately and safely with the ACM-1500DC Solar+ CAT III 1500V clamp meter, built for power distribution verification at generator feeds, solar arrays, and data center electrical infrastructure.
