Graybar Announces Leadership Changes

Graybar has recently announced the following leadership changes that will take effect on July 1, 2026:

  • David A. Bender, who currently serves as Senior Vice President – East Region, has been named Senior Vice President – North American Subsidiaries. In this role, he will provide strategic direction and leadership for all of Graybar’s subsidiaries in the United States and Canada.
  • Brian P. Delaney, who currently serves as Senior Vice President – West Region and Subsidiaries, has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager. He will be responsible for leading the growth and performance of Graybar’s business nationwide.
  • Richard H. Harvey, who currently serves as District Vice President for the company’s New York and Boston districts, will take on an expanded role as Regional Vice President. Reporting to Delaney, he will oversee Graybar’s operations on the East Coast and southeastern United States, including its Boston, New York, Richmond, Atlanta and Tampa districts.

Mazzarella, Graybar’s chairman, president and chief executive officer. “David, Brian and Rick are all proven leaders who continue to make a significant impact on Graybar and its success.
