The Jonard Tools TK-DC06 is a purpose-built master low-voltage and network infrastructure kit for technicians responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and maintaining copper network, coaxial, security and alarm, fire suppression, and low-voltage cabling systems across all data center types including edge, enterprise, colocations, hyperscales, and AI networks.

This kit covers every hands-on stage of low-voltage infrastructure work, from pulling and routing cable through drop ceilings and conduit to stripping and terminating across the full copper and coax connector range, punching down patch panels, crimping Cat 5e through Cat 8, and verifying every run with a complete testing suite covering continuity, mapping, CCTV, and circuit identification. Insulated tools and a non-contact voltage detector keep technicians safe working around live electrical infrastructure, while cable combs, hook and loop straps, and a cable tie holder keep security, alarm, fire, and network installations clean and organized from first pull through final dress. A rugged technician backpack keeps everything accessible across large facility buildouts and multi-site deployment projects.

Built for technicians who own the full low-voltage workflow across network, security, alarm, and fire suppression systems from rough-in through commissioning, the TK-DC06 eliminates the need to source tools across multiple kits, covering every stage of low-voltage installation in one organized, field-ready package.

  • Pull and route cable through drop ceilings, conduit, and tight pathways with the CP-475 pulley set, CPF-215 drop ceiling protector, JIC-685 lineman’s plier with integrated fish tape puller, and MRS-24 MagneTriever for retrieving cable and tools in walls and ceilings, supporting network, security, alarm, and fire suppression rough-in across every zone of the facility.
  • Strip and prepare copper and coaxial cable across the full gauge range with the CST-1i, UST-500, WSS-612, WSS-1020, JIC-2030, CST-1900, and INP-4065, covering everything from 20-30 AWG alarm and signal wire through 3/16″ to 1-1/8″ round cable for fire suppression and low-voltage power feeds.
  • Terminate and crimp across every connector type with the UC-4511 RJ45 and RJ11/12 pass-through crimper, JIC-22148 combo crimper and long nose plier, CT-200 universal compression tool, RBNC-3 compact BNC connector tool, EPD-91461 punchdown tool with 66 and 110 blades, and RJ45-6100 Cat 6 pass-through connectors, covering structured cabling, security camera coax, alarm panels, and patch panel termination in a single kit.
  • Cut and dress cable cleanly across every conductor type and size with JIC-625, JIC-750, JIC-63050, JIC-2288, ES-1964ERG, and UKN-3, and keep installations organized with CCB-2534 cable combs, CTS-812/100 hook and loop straps, CTH-15 cable tie holder, and JIC-22035 spudger for cable seating and connector work through every stage of network, security, and fire system dress-out.
  • Test and verify every run from rough-in through commissioning with the CM-100 cable mapper, PT-300 continuity tester and toner, CTV-8K multifunctional 8K CCTV tester, CBF-100 circuit breaker finder with GFCI tester, and AMM-600 600V automatic digital multimeter, covering network infrastructure, security circuits, and low-voltage power verification across the full facility.
  • Work safely and accurately around live infrastructure with the VT-1100 non-contact voltage detector, full insulated tool suite across pliers and screwdrivers, SD-61 and SD-41 multi-bit screwdrivers, ND-630 series nut drivers, TWAF-71630 torque wrench, PPA-10 pump pliers for hardware and conduit fittings, TM-25 tape measure, LVT-9 torpedo level, SG-5 safety glasses, SOL-F1 rechargeable flashlight, and BP-100 technician backpack keeping every tool organized and accessible across multi-building deployments.
