Graybar has announced that it has been recognized by Energage with four Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards, three Featured awards and the Distribution Industry award.

The 2026 honors include:

Culture Excellence Awards:

  • Work-Life Flexibility: These organizations have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining a high performance.
  • Purpose & Values: These organizations have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations into the culture.

Featured Awards:

  • Women-Led: Celebrates outstanding organizations whose most senior leader is a woman. These leaders have fostered and built stand-out workplace cultures that perform.
  • Employee Appreciation: Recognizes companies that have created a standout experience where employees feel recognized and valued for their achievements.
  • Frontline Workers: Honors companies that prioritize the needs, contributions, and workplace experience of their frontline staff.

Industry Award:

  • Distribution Industry: Graybar was one of just three distributors with more than 2,500 employees recognized with this award.

This marks the sixth consecutive year Graybar has received Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards and the fifth consecutive year it has earned the Distribution Industry award. Earlier this year, Energage and USA TODAY named Graybar a 2026 Top Workplaces USA award winner for the sixth consecutive year.

Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. Winners are determined by confidential employee feedback gathered through the Energage Workplace Survey, which measures 15 culture drivers that research has shown to be predictive of organizational performance. Results are benchmarked against the Energage national database of employer responses.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of.
